Zach Both and Nicole Lopez of Do It Yurtself, have designed and built a modern yurt for themselves as a DIY project, that’s located just outside Portland, Oregon.
The tiny house is an example of a modern take on the traditional yurt design. It has a 30 foot (9m) diameter, crisscrossing lattice walls, exposed rafters, and a water-proof vinyl exterior.

Designed to make the most of the round design, the 730 square foot interior features a lofted bedroom, a kitchen, dining area, living room, bathroom, and a home office.
